“At Ohio University, we pride ourselves in maintaining such a strong, connected and loving Bobcat family!” said Katrina Heilmeier, associate director for campus relations at OHIO’s Alumni Association (OUAA). “The Legacy Scholarship was created to give back to our OHIO families by helping undergraduate students continue their family’s Bobcat legacy.”

The OUAA Legacy Scholarship is accepting applications from all students who meet the following criteria:

  • Candidate must have at least one direct lineage Ohio University graduate (i.e. parent, stepparent, grandparent, great-grandparent, etc.).

Four winners will be selected for the $1,000 dollar scholarship, which is awarded to one student in each class ranking (freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior) annually.
